I was bored...

I told my mom I was bored the other day... She said for me to get my paper out and start drawing or painting. My sisters and I are not allowed to say were "bored"... lolol Mom gets mad at us ;) Anyway, I did this at home... Hope you like it..

I did this in my last class - it's a canyon. I used watercolors. My mom says she loves the little birds and my dad is impressed with all the detail. He thinks I'll be famous one day :) Thanks for visiting... Check back again soon.

I'm back...

I've been away for a little while... I went back to school and now I'm busy with homework. I'm in 3rd grade now. My mom says if I want keep going to art class I have to do my homework first. I also am playing winter baseball. So now my art classes will be on Saturday mornings. I created this "jungle" at home with the new pastels my mom got for me :)

This is what I finished in last night's art class. I created this with colored pencils.

Next I'll be working on a landscape.

I told my Mom I feel "different" when I'm in class. It's very quiet and I love how I can concentrate on my work. It's so cool! I made a new friend in class. He's a teenager and drives his own car to class.
